scout national hero

 scout national hero

The book "scout national hero" is a realistic fiction by Jennifer Li Shotz describes how a dog can change so much about you. To begin we are introduced to the main character matt who is the son of the director of the military’s k9 Unit and a soldier.  Then matt explained that he just moved to Nevada and his mother gets a call from the director of a different state that a dog is coming to Nevada and it needs a home. Next matt finds new friends that are rock climbers like matt even though he is not that good. After going swimming with the group they want to go to a real bolder and matt says no. but matt goes back another day while his mom is at work and he hears an air raid siren blaring from the dam. in the end, all he is trying to do is save his town.

I found this book very interesting and thrilling because all matt wants to do is help. This book also hits home because I was born in Nevada but moved to Colorado at the age of 13 months or a year. Also, it was hard to put down but all you find in this book are things like thrill, hardships, and suspense. Finally, this book is like a Q and A because all the questions you have in the beginning are answered.

  1. You have great content, Carson. However, your conventions really take away from your writing. Please hold yourself accountable for capitals and punctuation.
