A Wrinkle in Time

     A Wrinkle in Time, a fiction story, by Madeleine L'Engle tells the story of a daughter looking for any way to get her father back. To begin, the main character Meg and her brother Charles Wallace, along with them is Calvin O'keefe. The group of kid's only mission was to bring their father home.  Then the three have a late-night visitor who says they know Meg and Charles' father. But they don't know the strange person but decide to meet her in the forest where she reveals herself as a shapeshifter. The team travels through certain dimensions to find their father and make it out as a group alive.  the rescue of their father was at the cost of Meg being seriously ill from the travel between worlds which she was healed by doctors and strange creatures on another earth. 

    I like this book because there are lessons to be learned. such as never giving up because things can always turn around. I say this because Meg never gave up on finding her dad.  Another reason I like this book is that the characters start as strangers or angry siblings but they come together and adventure far beyond normal friendships ever would. Lastly, this book has a twist at every turn with revels of characters and revels of the story and how it unfolds. That's why I think this book is great and I enjoyed reading it.
